Prior to joining The Ken Blanchard Companies, Els started her career as a consultant at a leading global consultancy firm and continued with a firm that uniquely specialized in training and consultancy services in the area of globalization, mergers and acquisitions, and intercultural management
Els received a bachelor of liberal arts degree and a master of arts degree in Middle Eastern studies from the University of Leuven, Belgium. She furthered her education and obtained a second master’s degree in international studies from the Graduate Institute of International Studies at the University of Geneva, Switzerland
